Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Ritviora OS and related services (the "Service"), provided by Ritviora. By using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a practice or organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind it.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it current. You are responsible for the team members you invite and the access you grant them.

You agree to use the Service lawfully and ethically. You may not use it to deceive or defraud clients, to make false or harmful guarantees, to process data you have no right to process, or to attempt to breach the security or isolation of the platform. You are responsible for the content you enter and the services you deliver to your clients.

Payments are processed through third-party payment processors, and their terms apply to those transactions. Ritviora is not a marketplace and does not take a commission on payments you collect from your clients; funds settle to your account through the processor. Subscription or plan fees for the Service, once introduced, will be described at sign-up and are payable as stated.

The Service includes AI-assisted features that help you draft communications and organize your work. These features are tools that support you — they do not provide spiritual, medical, legal, financial or professional advice. You remain the authority and are solely responsible for reviewing, approving and delivering any guidance to your clients. Ritviora is not responsible for the advice or services you provide.

You retain ownership of your practice knowledge, client data and content. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and operate the Service for you. We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

We work to keep the Service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update, add or remove features over time. We will give reasonable notice of material changes that affect you.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is". Ritviora is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for the outcomes of services you deliver to clients. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or misuse of the Service. On termination, provisions that by their nature should survive will continue to apply.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any disputes, subject to applicable law.
